In 2016, we were 3 real estate investors self-managing our portfolio of rental properties. We could not find a good property management company to match our vision to turn our real estate investments into performing assets, so we created our own property management company.
Formerly established as Blackstone Group Leasing & Management in 2016, our company now has onboarded over 1700 properties in the past 6 years. We manage properties through the lens of a real estate investor and focus on the performance of your assets.
