How do I sign up for the resident portal?
Please contact us at (401) 223-2838 ext. 5 to verify your best contact phone number and email to send you the online portal activation link. -
Is there an app available for Stonelink residents?
Yes. You will receive an invitation to download ZTenant. -
When is the rent due?
The rent is due on the first of the month. -
Is there a late fee if I fail to pay rent on time?
Yes, the $75 late fee is posted after the 5th of every month. -
What are my options for paying rent?
Rent can be paid online via your resident portal using a direct deposit or credit card (fee applies). Checks are accepted and should be made payable to Stonelink Property Management and mailed to Stonelink Property Management – 15 Circle St Rumford RI, 02916 -
How do I obtain a copy of my current lease?
Please contact the office to get a copy of your lease, we can send it to you via email. -
When should I expect to receive my lease renewal?
Once the lease reaches one (1) year, it automatically changes to month-to-month. If you want to renew the lease for another year, just contact us at (401) 223-2838 ext. 5 and we will be more than glad to assist you with this request. (This option might include a drafting fee of $40) -
How to add or remove someone from the lease?

How do I submit a maintenance request?
